The Studio has been named by Legalcommunity Italian Awards as "Private equity advisory firm of the year", with the following motivation: "The firm, composed by a close-knit and experienced team, advised well known private equity firms in different buyout transactions. Best lawyers and law firms of 2021 in their region
In the research Territories' Legal Award made by Class Editori and Milano Finanza, the Studio ranked 'Elite' for Fiscal Law and 'Best' for Bankruptcy Law and Procedures.
The ranking splits the firms into three merit categories based on the customer satisfaction, which is indicated by the clients themselves: Elite (the first 10), Best (from the 11th to the 20th) and Selected (starting from the 21st position).
The results have been published in the magazine Capital, July-August 2021.

The firm was ranked as "Selected" in the M&A Tax Advisory category by Milano Finanza and PBVMonitor Italian Corporate Advisory Firms in 2021.
The algorithm that was used considers size, business and jurisdiction of the clients, along with the size, number and type of financial transactions.
